Finding a time that works for everyone
Set the time in your own zone and every other place updates beside it. The coloured bar on each row is the quick read: green means normal working hours, amber means awake but off the clock, blue means you are probably scheduling someone’s 3am.
Daylight saving is handled for you
Offsets are calculated for the specific date you choose, not for today, so a meeting set for November already accounts for clocks having gone back. This matters more than people expect — the US, Europe and Australia all change on different dates, and for a few weeks each year the usual gap between two cities is an hour off.
Not every offset is a whole hour
India runs at UTC+5:30, Nepal at UTC+5:45, and parts of Australia at UTC+9:30. The differences shown here include those half and quarter hours rather than rounding them away.
