Blackjack
Play blackjack against the dealer with standard rules, chips and a running bankroll.
Six decks, dealer stands on all 17s, blackjack pays 3:2, split up to four hands. Chips are imaginary and saved only in your browser — there is no real money anywhere in this game.
The rules in one paragraph
Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Number cards are worth their face value, picture cards are 10, and an ace is 11 unless that would bust you, in which case it drops to 1. Twenty-one on your first two cards is a blackjack and pays 3:2. The dealer reveals their second card once you are done and must draw until they reach 17.
Double and split
Double doubles your bet in exchange for exactly one more card — worth it when you hold 10 or 11 and the dealer is showing something weak. Split turns a pair into two separate hands, each with its own bet. Split aces get one card each and stand automatically, which is standard casino practice.
A little basic strategy
Always split aces and eights, and never split tens or fives. Stand on 17 or higher. Stand on 12–16 when the dealer shows 2–6, and hit when they show 7 or higher — a low up-card means the dealer is more likely to bust, so you let them. Following those few rules alone gets you most of the way to optimal play.
